34820 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. Cross-streets: Mound and 15 Mile. The brick room with the steel pans in the window, not the oil-change place.
If you are coming north on Mound, we sit on the east side just past the little strip with the barber. Coming south, look for the painted square pie on the door — Sal's nephew did it, so it is a little crooked, which is how you know you have the right building. We share a wall with a tax office that is closed most evenings, so the lot feels bigger after 6.

Kitchen last-call is about twenty minutes before lockup. If you need a large pan at 8:50 on a Thursday, call before you leave the driveway.
Phone and mail
Shop phone (voice, not a chat widget): (586) 268-4419. That is the number on the receipt. Donna answers most afternoons. Sal answers when she is in the walk-in. Email is for lost-and-found and the occasional catering question, not for putting a pepperoni pan in the oven — use the phone for food. The address for a letter is the same as the shop; we check the box when we unlock.
There is no contact form on this site on purpose. Forms turn into homework. A ringing phone turns into a ticket.
Parking and pickup
A handful of spaces on the north side of the building. Do not park in the tax office spots before 5 even if they look empty; they get testy about it. Street parking on Mound is legal after the rush but loud. Pickup is at the counter: say your name, we hand you the box, you can pay there. Delivery is only a short loop around Mound and 15 Mile when a nephew is free. We are not covering all of Warren on a Friday night.
Buses run Mound Road; the stop is a short walk. In winter the lot gets plowed late because we are not first on the contractor's list. If it is a real snow night, call — we would rather tell you we are slow than have you sit with the hazards on.
